ZEPHYRA
SOLUTION 02
Grid & Supply Chain
Substations, interconnects and offtake contracts: verified flows from the meter to the ledger, so every trade settles on measured energy.

What we measure
Energy changes hands many times between a generator and the customer who finally pays for it. Zephyra places calibrated instruments at each hand-over — the substation bus, the interconnect, the offtake meter — and records what actually flowed, in which direction, at which interval.
Because every point is read to the same clock and signed to the same ledger, the chain reconciles end to end without anyone re-keying a spreadsheet.
How it works
Meter readings are pulled at the settlement interval, verified against the upstream and downstream points, and committed as a single, immutable record. Contracts are mapped onto the ledger so each offtake agreement can see exactly the energy it is entitled to, and nothing else.
When a regulator, auditor or counterparty asks how a number was produced, the answer is a link, not a meeting.
What you get
Settlement on measured energy rather than estimates. A reporting cycle that runs close to live instead of quarterly. And a record every counterparty reads from, so disputes end before they start.
Capabilities
What comes with it
01
Multi-point metering
Substation, interconnect and offtake points read to a single clock and reconciled end to end.
02
Contract mapping
Every offtake agreement sees exactly the energy it is entitled to, straight from the ledger.
03
Live settlement
Settlement-ready records within the hour, replacing quarterly reconciliation cycles.
04
Regulator access
Read-only, timestamped access for auditors and regulators, with full lineage on every figure.

Norvind cuts curtailment 31%
A 640 MW onshore fleet across northern Norway was losing output to curtailment nobody could attribute. Nacelle-level measurement made every lost megawatt-hour traceable to a turbine and an hour.

Helia Solar goes bankable
Helia's 1.2 GW solar portfolio needed performance evidence its lenders would accept without a third-party audit. String-level measurement, reconciled against irradiance, gave them a record that speaks for itself.

Meridian Grid verifies at scale
A regional grid operator with 380 interconnection points was reconciling energy flows quarterly, by hand. Metering every hand-over to a single ledger brought settlement close to live and ended the arguments.

Nordsee Delta proves 2.1 TWh
Three lenders, one offshore wind farm and no agreed production figure. Nacelle-level evidence committed to a shared ledger let Nordsee Delta prove 2.1 TWh of output to all of them at once.

Aurora settles dispatch disputes
An offtaker and an operator disagreed about round-trip losses at a 480 MWh battery for eight months. Instrument-level dispatch data replayed from the ledger settled it in an afternoon.

Cascade Hydro becomes auditable
Ninety years of paper records and no way to prove any of it. Measuring every release at the gate turned a century-old hydro plant into an asset a regulator, and a lender, could audit.
