What we measure
When a farm, a council or a co-operative shares in a project’s revenue, trust in the production figure is the whole relationship. Zephyra measures output at the point of generation and publishes it in a form a landowner can read on a phone — with the same signed, timestamped lineage a lender would see.
Hydro releases, rooftop arrays and single turbines are covered with hardware sized to the project, not to a utility.
How it works
Each site is instrumented once and read continuously. Revenue-share and lease formulas are mapped onto the ledger so every payment traces back to measured megawatt-hours, and a public dashboard shows the community what its project delivered this week, this season and since commissioning.
Councils and regulators get read-only access to the same record, which shortens consent renewals and settles rate questions without a hearing.
